Welcome to RankForge! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. You are responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, and other content that you submit to the Services. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Our API is subject to rate limiting to ensure fair usage for all users. You agree not to exceed the rate limits specified in our API documentation. Abuse of the API, including but not limited to excessive requests, may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your API access.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

In no event shall RankForge, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
